How quickly do you ship?

We ship within 1-2 business days. Most US orders will be delivered within a week (the exact delivery times vary depending on the shipping option you choose and your location).

How does "Make an offer" option work?

To make an offer, please use the button in the item description. We will review all offers and accept or counter within 24 hours (usually much quicker). You will receive a link in your mail to checkout at the offer price. The emails usually end up in the promotions folder but please also check your spam folder.

I never ordered from you before. How do I know you are a reliable seller?

We sell across many other platforms. Please check our feedback on Ebay, Poshmark, Mercari, Vinted, Etsy and Facebook. Our full catalog is available on Ebay, Poshmark and Mercari and is partially available on Vinted, Facebook and Etsy. If you are more comfortable using another platform, you are welcome to buy from us there.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns on all NEW items within 2 weeks of delivery (buyers are responsible for shipping the item back to us in the original condition). Please note that we do NOT accept returns on preloved items. To start a return, please email us.
