Refund policy

We have a 2 week return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. The refund is issued within 3 business days after the item is returned to us (it might take a few days to process by your financial institution). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in original packaging. 

We do not accept returns on preloved items or items marked as final sale, unless they are significantly not as described.

We do not charge restocking fees but customers are responsible for the postage fees.
